Chase grew up on job sites, not sidelines. For more than 15 years, he worked alongside his parents building custom homes, learning the trade the way it's meant to be learned — one nail, one framing crew, one client walkthrough at a time. By the time most guys are starting a career, Chase had already spent a decade and a half figuring out what separates a house that's just "finished" from a home that's actually built right.

From there, Chase helped launch a production home business — and that chapter rounded him out as a builder. It gave him a sharp, firsthand understanding of exactly what every stud, fixture, and line item costs, and where the money in a build actually goes. He carried that knowledge straight back into custom building. Chase has a genuine eye for luxury — the finishes, the details, the things that make a home feel elevated — paired with a real, working knowledge of cost at every stage of the process. He can walk a client through a high-end finish-out and tell you what it costs down to the dollar, then help you decide where to spend and where to save. That's the kind of builder Chase is: one who cares about craftsmanship and the budget in equal measure.

Today, Chase and his wife Nancy run Homes by Chase Cashion together. They're planting roots in Wise, Montague, and Cooke counties, while continuing to build in Denton as well. Wherever you're building, the approach is the same: honest numbers, real craftsmanship, and a builder who treats your budget like it's his own.
